Meet the Founder
Connie Kritikou-Timbers, Founder and Director of Analytikon Ltd, is a multidisciplinary research and strategy professional with expertise in sustainability, health and safety, public sector transformation, and behavioural systems.
She holds an MSc (Distinction) in Bioeconomy: Biotechnology and Law and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry, and brings over seven years of cross-sector experience across consultancy, public service, academia, and regulatory environments.
Her portfolio includes:
- Leading data-driven projects for government, environmental, and pharmaceutical sectors
- Designing and implementing HSW training and digital learning systems for the public sector
- Supporting high-level policy work for organisations such as DEFRA and the European Chemicals Agency
- Delivering research that informs strategy, supports compliance, and inspires behavioural change
Connie’s work is grounded in analytical rigour and ethical responsibility, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement.
